METER DATA
MANAGEMENT

Meter data management systems for all utilities hold an important position in our product portfolio. Depending on the entity's role in the structure of electricity or gas market, these systems differ in the architecture of data collection network, type of data processing operations and method of their use and sharing.Our systems use any metering systems (IEC, DLMS) as their data source, as well as data exchange platforms and HES class systems. The measurements are stored in meter data repositories with a unified structure, which use data warehouse mechanisms.

In the case of producers and consumers, our systems provide data acquisition from local metering systems, which is the basis for monitoring and energy management processes, including those compliant with ISO 50001.

In the case of distribution system operators, we offer full support for obtaining data from physical metering systems in wide area telecommunication networks, and for meter readers.Systems collect meter data from ultimate consumers, including prosumers, as well as from power grid nodes. The meter data, after verification and aggregation in compliance with existing market procedures, are transferred to the billing system and shared with authorized market entities.

In the case of energy suppliers and balancing entities, our systems are designed to obtain metering information provided by all distribution system operators in Poland. The obtained data are the basis for conducting end user billing processes, as well as for demand forecasting, necessary in the process of contracting electricity and gas on the wholesale market.
