An application dedicated to Distribution System Operators connected to the Transmission System Operator (OSDp) as well as those not connected (OSDn). It supports processes of acquiring and managing metering data, including data versioning and aggregation to Balancing Points (MB) and Retail Energy Market Balancing Points (MDD). It handles the publication of metering and billing data for Energy Suppliers (SE) and is also adapted for integration with CSIRE.
