Customer satisfaction survey results

We regularly ask our collaborators to share their feedback on what it is like to work with us. We currently work with 90 people, and it is important for us to organize this cooperation effectively and efficiently. We want every collaborator to have both a sense of purpose and satisfaction from the tasks they perform. From each Satisfaction Survey, we draw conclusions and implement initiatives aligned with the needs of our collaborators.

Phone interview

Our HR team will contact you and ask a few questions about your experience and expectations.

Skills test

We will ask you to complete a few simple online tasks to assess your practical skills.

Interview with your future mentor and manager

We will invite you to a meeting (online or in person), where we will discuss your experience.

Interview with the Management Board

Meeting to finalize the terms and conditions of cooperation.
